IN STOCK MERCHANDISE

In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. These items must say "in stock" in the item's description. Various processing times are available within item descriptions if they differentiate from our standard processing times, which are 24-36 hours. All orders are subject to payment approval.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The usage of prints also means that based on patterns used a print may not be exactly what is cut when it comes to a size larger than our sample size Small. In rare instances a print may be slightly different than what is shown due to yardage placement at the time of production cutting.

Please Note: All postage costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded at any time unless an item is defective. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 business hours of the purchase. Customers requesting order cancellation outside of this time frame will be permitted to receive store credit for the order and may be subject to a 60% restocking fee. We apologize for any inconvenience. Any out of stock items will be exchanged for a similar item or refunded. Additional items in the order will ship as normal.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Step 1. Order Processing Times (Prior to Shipping)

Every item on our website has an estimated processing time which can vary anywhere from 2 business days to 12 business days, depending on the item/s and order volume. Processing times are listed in each item descriptionOrders placed after 2:00 pm EST begin processing on the following business day. Estimated processing is currently 3-4 weeks unless a rush delivery option is selected at checkout. Please allow additional processing during the Spring/Summer Rush and Holiday season. (November through January) Due to the global pandemic delivery times may be extended. We thank you for your patience. 

Step 2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has completed processing, please allow an estimated 2-3 business days for your package to be prepared and shipped.

Step 3. Tracking Information & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, tracking/shipping information will be issued to the email address listed on your order. 

Order Pick Ups are NOT available at this time. 

Rush Orders.

All rush order must have the same billing and shipping address or the order will be subject to cancellation.

Items purchased in the following categories are not eligible for exchange/store credit:

  • Custom Orders (i.e; custom length, change of color etc)

EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily allow one exchange per order, on unworn clothing.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of successful delivery. Orders returned outside of this time frame will be subject to rejection. If the return has not been confirmed and approved by a Customer Service Representative it will also be subject to rejection. The item must be in the “original” “NEW” condition or the item will not be eligible for exchange. Items must be in RESELL condition. No makeup, stains, perfume, soils, deodorant, etc. will be accepted. Items cannot be altered or laundered and must have original tags attached. Thee Boutique Shop will not accept exchanges unless they are returned in their original condition with prior approval.

Only one (1) exchange will be granted per order if only a single item is ordered. Store credit will be issued via gift card to place a new order. Thee Boutique Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit, insurance can be requested at an additional cost.

Steps to take when returning an item:

  3. Await approval prior to returning your item.

Thee Boutique Shop is not responsible for returned items which have been lost or damaged during transit. Please ship your exchange via a traceable signature-required service to ensure delivery and proper credit. We encourage customers to select delivery signature confirmation and insurance when shipping the item(s) back to us as this will provide you with a remedy if an issue does arise with the shipping company . Customers must file claims for lost packages through their respective return carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.)

At this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send all returns prepaid to the address listed on your packing slip. Packages must be returned within 7 days of exchange approval or they will be rejected.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact customer service for assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes available at time of exchange approval. Thee Boutique Shop is not responsible for packages unclaimed for more than 30 days.

STORE CREDIT

Please allow a minimum of four (4) business days for us to receive and process your return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner. Once your return has been received, you will receive email confirmation indicating that the item has been inspected and approved for store credit. Thee Boutique Shop Store Credit is valid for a maximum of 30 days, without exception. If store credit is not used within the stated time frame, it will be forfeited. Please note exchanges/store credits are processed as a new order and will not be expedited unless confirmed through customer service at an additional cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

All claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via e-mail or text, at theeboutiquemiami@gmail.com (305) 733-5440 within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include digital photos of all angles of the clothing for review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. Damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received. Please note that the product’s life expectancy depends on the individual wearing the product, the condition of use and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Items do stretch, but they may not go up one or more sizes.
